Level: Intermediate (with Instructor approval) - Advanced).

Athina has trained, performed and taught throughout New England and London. She began dancing at the age of 3 and during high school her family was relocated to the UK. There she trained with the Royal Ballet and was first given the opportunity to choreograph, which is her passion. When returning to the States she was the Dance Captain for the Worcester Academy Dance Team and furthered her dance education at Roger Williams University receiving her B.A. in Dance Performance and Minor in Business. While at RWU, Athina studied under several artists, performed at ACDFA, was chosen to choreograph several pieces for Dance Club and Dance theatre and furthered her dance studies in London at DanceWorks and Pineapple Dance Studio. After graduation Athina began teaching all forms of dance throughout Greater Boston and the South Shore. Her experience includes instruction, choreography, production at The Dance Complex and adjudication for Turn it Up Dance Challenge. Athena is married and has 3 daughters. She currently teaches at the Dance Factory in Plymouth, MA.
